5 - $15 Book Fair Gift Certificates for Spring Book Fair


How it works

1. Students will earn an entry for each sheet of 25 Box Tops submitted since last spring’s contest ended until Friday December 11, 2009.
   
   
2. Only one partial sheet (< 25 Box Tops) per student will be allowed to count as an entry.


3. Each submitted sheet of Box Tops must include Student Name, Teacher Name and grade information filled out.


4. Winners will be announced after winter break.
   
   
5. Only one prize per student
   
   
6. Use the attached Box Tops collection form for submitting entries.
   
   * Forms may be downloaded from the Penny Road website
   * Forms will also be available at the school office or library
